‘Every night before I go to sleep, I fill up a big glass bottle with water and put it on my bathroom counter. First thing in the morning, right after I brush my teeth, I drink it. Genie’s alkaline water has a PH of 9.5 and is available with lemon essential oil or good old fashioned plain. JUICE REVIEW: GEISHA

Ah Geisha. It is one of our most popular beverages on the menu. And it’s no wonder! This is a delicious, creamy concoction boasting with multiple health benefits! It is apart of our nut mylk range, made with our delicious almond milk, sweetened naturally with medjool dates and vanilla beans. And has the added benefit of Match green tea powder in it. Making it our healthy version of the green tea latte. And we have added chia seeds. So its a quasi-green tea latte-come bubble tea. Yum yum yum!

Matcha Green Tea is the highest quality powdered green tea available. We use the british teapigs brand which is the best of the market. Juice Review: LIFE BLOOD

 

You either love it or you hate it. In my opinion, this Genie juice is one of the greatest combinations, both in flavour and in benefits. We are today talking of the mighty Life Blood – Beetroot, carrot, apple & lemon. A delicious concoction with multiple benefits both for aesthetic and health reasons. Now its not a drink for all. If you are not a fan of earthy vegetables, this will not tickle your fancy. But growing up in Australia, with an abundance of vegetables and fruit always available to us, I love these earthy goodies. And combined, with some added zest of lemon and apple makes it all the more delicious. Beetroot is the hero ingredient here and gives the drink its characteristic colour. Beetroots are low in fat, full of vitamins and minerals and packed full of powerful antioxidants. Beetroots are also an excellent source of folic acid, fibre, magnesium and potassium. Thats packing a whole lot of punch for one red-veg. And an added benefit, it helps with your mood! So if you need a boost, you know where to go.

Carrot is the second hero in this juice. Like the beetroot, the carrot is plucked from the ground and has a multitude of health benefits as well as beauty benefits! Carrots are great for your skin. Not just anti-ageing benefits – which they can contribute too – but also help with the prevention of blemishes and acne, help with the repair of scars, protection from the sun and adds some hydration!
